Marlene was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I called her and informed her that I wanted to sell a lot. She called me the same day and didn't hesitate to get the ball rolling. My lot sold in one day after posting. She is a very good communicator and is right on top of things. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

We bought a vacation home with Marlene a few years ago and when a house came on the market that was too good to pass up, we knew we had to talk to Marlene. Her knowledge of the neighborhood and the market is amazing. Plus, she is incredibly patient and never made us feel rushed, always taking the time to answer our questions. She is also very responsive-any time we needed her, she was there. There were a few times that the seller’s agent offered opinions or tried to negotiate without even consulting with the seller and Marlene handled all of it with grace, always thinking of our best interest. Marlene has a vast knowledge of the Ocean Pines real estate market. She advertised the home on various platforms & ran ads in the papers & in event publications such as the Ocean City boat show to get the word out. She followed through with the different aspects of the sale of the home going under contract from the initial inspection and everything leading up to the closing. She is certainly someone to trust with all of her experience when looking to buy or sell, especially in the Ocean Pines area.

I enjoyed working with Marlene and felt we made a great team in selling the beach house in Ocean Pines.
