She did a fabulous job of marketing the home, using wonderful photos, great descriptions of the home, including neighborhood details in the zillow ad, and marketing the home to areas recently affected by fires to expand the buying pool She priced it to attract as many buyers as possible. We had over a single weekend 85 showings and 8 offers. She laid out each offer carefully vetting the buyers as to ability to close and helping me select the right offer. During the closing process she picked up some missing carbon monoxide alerts for us and she helped us with a bedroom door that needed work. She went above and beyond to get this deal closed including meeting with the appraiser to help make sure there were no snags with the price versus loan. She and anne kept us in the know in all things effecting the price, the open house, the offers, and all the way thru the closing. While not a simple closing as we live in another state, she went above and beyond to help us with arranging the closing date, having workers at the house, picking up needed items that we couldnt do to distance, and was communicative, professional, and pleasant all thru thr process.
