We sold our Wilmette home with Marlene and the experience could not have been better for us. It was a daunting process because of the challenging location of our home (next to a school parking lot). Marlene eased a lot of the anxiety by coming up with creative ways to deal with that challenge, and constantly keeping us in the loop with updates. Her team did an amazing job with the staging, their eye for interior design was top notch, and it all accumulated into a really great marketing package that generated a huge amount of interest in our listing. We were consistently the top-viewed home in our neighborhood on Zillow. Marlene also handled every aspect of the contract negotiations like a real pro. We could not have been in better hands. We highly recommend Marlene. She is the best!
