Marlene was GREAT!!!!!!!! She was VERY helpful and got the job done!! I don't know what I would have done without her!! I've used Marlene to sell 2 properties and and HIGHLY recommend her! She has also sold six figure 22 acre Horse farm for my sister and a house in Havertown for my 96 year old mother when she decided to go into assisted living. Marlene always was able to listen to my concerns and worked with township inspectors on my behalf
