Marlene took charge of the process, from start to finish. I did very little. She listed, staged and showed my property quickly and in no time had multiple offers. I was even more amazed at the several offers above my listed price, but she helped me to hone in on the right family to purchase the property. Despite some issues, that I created, she was able the work through and around them, until a successful closing. She used her many available tools to move the process along, unit final closing.
