My husband and I met Marlene through my father who was working with her on his own purchase. We reached out on a Saturday afternoon and didn't think she'd answer. But, to our surprise, she did! (She has answered every call ever since, I might add!) We started looking for mobile homes we were interested in, as we were thinking small, because that's what all we thought were were eligible for. Well, we found and went to see a couple. Marlene was very unassuming, down to earth and relatable. She never made the process seem to hard for us to understand and took her time explaining every step of the process over and over again, no matter how many times it took for us to understand. Her motto is: "You don't stress, I stress!" Well, naturally, we started to at certain points in the process, but, Marlene was always there to reassure us and bring back the calm. She held our hand through it all, up until the last second and beyond. We ended up getting the house of our dreams, as she helped us find out we were able to get a house, not just a mobile home. We cannot say enough good things about her. We have gained a friend in Marlene and do not think anyone else could've done a better job than she did. We are definitely referring her to all of our friends and family looking to buy, whether it's a mobile home or house. Marlene is a fierce advocate and will not only help you through the journey, but she will fight for you and you deserve! You will not regret choosing Marlene as a realtor.
