3 week close!!!
Marlene was fantastic! Her communication and knowledge of the process not only helped to guide me through the selling process, but also helped the buying agent / customer as well. She shared her “plan to sell” and executed flawlessly. Marlene anticipated every step in the process and we ended up closing in 3 weeks…full ask! I couldn’t be happier.
