Where do I even start! Marlen was the spearhead of our first home purchase from start to finish with nothing but the highest level of professional, knowledge, understanding and experience!! From 7am calls to 12am texts at times, it didn’t matter, she was there to make sure everything ran smooth and without headaches (which is a lot to say when it comes to buying a home in this market after the horror stories I’ve heard!). Our purchase literally started off with the first and only home we saw and fell in love with via an MLS listing, open house just 3 days later and the offer was in that same afternoon ! Not even a week later with Marlen fighting for us it was accepted by the seller and we were under contract! With a closing date of exactly 30 days away that I thought would be impossible and was quickly proven wrong! 30 days came and went and the closing was signed, sealed and delivered! With keys to my family’s first home in hand at closing I couldn’t be more grateful for Marlen! She’s not just my “Realtor”, she’s become a genuine family friend!
