Marlee Wilson

I’m sure there are many really good agents/ realtors in the market place and I know today’s real estate market is hot which is what pushed me to sell at this time but I what I wanted to comment on is how my agent approached the sale of my property. I am so grateful for her steadfast, calm but enthusiastic demeanor and complete professionalism from listing to closing. She handled all aspects of the sale with detail orientated follow through. As in all sales, problems/situations arose that needed resolution and Marlee never failed to take on the responsibility to resolve every little issue which brought the transaction to a smooth and happy closing. I know there were moments when the buyer and myself ( seller) were emotionally charged and probably added stress to the closing process but my agent handled everything with grace and ease. She took so much pressure off me with her confidence and knowledge while also working closely with the buyer’s agent to assure same confidence on their end. I was so impressed with Marlee and know that any buyer or seller would be blessed to have her represent them with their real estate transactions. Thank you Marlee for going over and beyond what was expected! You are a rare jewel in the real estate profession!
