Marlana was the most wonderful and helpful realtor. She was very dedicated to make ever item from start to finish smooth. We were fixing things to get house ready. Needed a bricklayer. Marlana said my father is a bricklayer and he will do the repairs. He would not take money he said you listing with my daughter is plenty of pay for me. Also 2 days before closing it was discovered that deed was messed up by a lawyer in the past. It was a very complex issue. She jumped right in and took on each issue to keep the buyer on board and the said happened. Without Marlana we would still own the property. Everyone should hire Marlana.
