Thereafter, received top dollar for rent as well as the best tenants one could ask for. 1 1/2 years later the house was listed for sale and Marla came through again. She showed the home and marketed it in a professional manner receiving 3 competing offers. Once again the sale gathered top dollar and sold within a few weeks.
