Thank you, Marla. We are new to the United States and not yet familiar with all the rules and regulations. Marla was always by our side throughout the process. She introduced us to an excellent home inspector, helped us identify issues with the house, and made sure they were properly addressed. There were several roof leaks, and she successfully negotiated with the seller's agent to have the roof replaced. She also discovered a problem with the furnace installation, which was resolved thanks to her follow-up. Even after the closing, Marla has continued to support us.
