I contacted Coldwell Banker when I decided to sell my condo and it was then that I met Marla Osborne. She came over to meet me and walk the property. It was well advertised and I can happily say it sold in a matter of days. I then moved to an apartment but when that didn't work for me I contacted Marla to assist me in buying a home. i was very indecisive and lacked knowledge in the whole process. Marla was very patient with me and also would not let me purchase a home that needed costly upgrading. I can say I am happily settled into my new home. I would highly recommend Marla.
