Marla is pretty awesome. She knows the vail valley market inside out. She is an excellent judge of character when it comes to people preferences in homes. She was always a couple of steps ahead of in knowing what I would like (after a couple of showing). Extremely proactive and knowledgeable of the market and of all contract details. Very good negotiator: knew what to include in the contract, and what to forgo in a very competitive seller market. And she is a great human being. I couldn't think anyone could be better than her at this job.
