Marla was super helpful when we decided to sell our home. She sprung into action and hosted an open house a week after we called her. She helped us navigate a multiple-offer situation and we ended up selling for over list price, and quickly. From list to close in 30 days, which is exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend her, she is knowledgeable and organized and will keep all of the parts of the process flowing so you can buy or sell efficiently. We have used her for both buying and selling, and would gladly work with her again in the future, if we ever buy in CO again. Thanks, Marla!
