Starla is Marla Scalone. She is our realtor we nicked named her this because she is real star realtor. We had to get our house sold fast because we found our dream home. She was able to get that under contract with a 3 week contingencie in a sellers market. This sounds like a standard sale but it was far from standard. We had a tenant and family in there that she was going to have to work around. Then our tenant found their dream home. It must have been in the air so fortuantely they moved out.
