We met Marla when we attended an open house. We were immediately drawn to her upbeat, happy (but very professional) attitude. While we weren't interested in the open house we visited, she had gone above and beyond and provided a list of homes within a 1/2 mile radius. We walked by all of them and found a house we NEEDED to see that day. She worked it out so we could get in after her open house (extending an already long Sunday for her). Turns out, it was a short sale; therefore, no negotiations. Of course, that came with it's own set of frustrations and questions.
