When we originally contacted Marla, we had originally decided we would hear her out because we made an appointment with her but was impressed with the people who we spoke to the day before. Little did we know, when she showed up, she was far more prepared than the other people, and we thought they were pretty prepared. Upon meeting for the first time, she came with a list of houses ready to go as comps for pricing our house to sell, a bunch of other houses in the area that sold, and all together a package of info to get the house ready for market. She wasn't pushy at all and it didn't feel like we were being convinced to choose her over others. Her presence alone is inviting and easy to talk to and get along with. Anytime we needed anything or had any questions, she was prompt in answering and giving any advice, and no question was stupid and made you feel confident in her expertise. She even brought our children little gifts the other few times she showed up to sign the agreement for working with her, prep the house for photos, and to sign the closing papers. She even kept them company while we closed on the house on the final day. She went well above and beyond to make us feel like our house mattered and that we weren't just another client on her list of clients. All the little things she did were just so helpful. If it wasn't for the fact that we had to move out of the area, I would have bought a home from her also.
