Tell him your goals and he'll help you get there! Marko was a low- pressure realtor who helped us get our condo sold in a market that was changing fast. We weren't in an ideal situation but he helped us stay on top of things as much as possible and got us to the finish line. If a challenge arose, it was dealt with quickly and easily. No nonsense, no BS. Would definitely recommend.
