This realtor scheduled the showing, but never showed up, nor did the owners that he said will be there. Upon arrival, I’ve contacted this realtor multiple times via cellphone and text to get his or the owners’ eta, but did not get a response. I waited for 45 minutes, and had to leave with a huge disappointment. There was no curtesy call-back or explanation provided to me. I own multiple residential and commercial properties, and have never had such a terrible experience with a realtor/listing agent. Very unethical and unprofessional! On top of all that I intended to have this agent represent me in the said transaction.

We were very fortunate to find Mark. He was an exceptional realtor and was also a friend while we searched for our dream house over the course of a year. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Mark was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. I would recommend him to anyone!

Mark was a great realtor. He listened to what we told him we were looking for and picked up on what features we liked and disliked. We had a bit of a situation where we fell in love with a house only to have the seller back out unexpectedly. Mark spent a lot of time with us to help us find something we were happy with. He provided sound advice on sale and offer prices, as well as what improvements add value and what are potential liabilities.
