After trying for several years with various different agents, our first home buying search came to an end when we were saved by our hero Mark Wongcharoensuk! Mark not only made the the process of finding a home stress free, he also made it fun and informative. He's incredibly responsive, flexible and very patient. He answered all of our questions all hours of the day and night and took us to see as many listings as we wanted. He was excellent at navigating us through the home search amidst a pandemic and even stood in as a babysitter when our 1 year old son wasn't able to enter the homes with us. He gave us honest feedback about the houses we viewed and was more concerned with making sure that we got the right house for us and than just closing a deal. His genuine commitment and care followed through all the way to helping us get financing and ensuring an expedited close so that our offer would be accepted over 11 other offers. My wife and I wanted to pull the trigger on buying a home this year and we were referred to Mark by a friend. We thought we'd give it a chance and just see where things went. I contacted Mark and he quickly called me back and asked me some basic home "needs" questions of what we were looking for and before we knew it we began seeing emails of houses that could be potential interest to us start coming in by email. We narrowed down about 10 houses and went that following Saturday to see them with Mark. Even in one of the Most Expensive Market in the US, Mark found a way to close the deal on our home. A gorgeous 3 Bed 3 Bath single story home. It is our dream home that we have been looking for. Mark was able to locate this home for us and we were able to close escrow less than 30 days. I really appreciate that Mark is readily available anytime I ever needed him.
