Mark is a great realtor! This is our 6th move we've made with made with Mark, and this was the most 'challenging' one as we were moving out of state. We moved prior to selling our house in VA. Mark was tremendously helpful in marketing the house and getting it sold (in record time). When items came up with the buyers which needed our attention, Mark pitched in an went to the house to 'figure it out', saving us a 200 mile trip. Mark's knowledge of the process and advise, regarding how to prep and stage the house were invaluable.
