Mark Williams

Mark & Gina Williams helped us find our very first home to purchase. He was referred to us by a friend, even though he lived out of the area. Mark & Gina both were very responsive whenever we reached out to them, and were very knowledgeable about a wide variety of aspects involved in home buying (inspection, appraisal, negotiation) - not just real estate. They lived easily an hour or more away but came out several weekends for us to go see houses. When looking at houses, they kept in mind the things that we were looking for, while offering possible alternatives. When we did purchase the house, Gina put together the most wonderful gift basket that was personal and generous, including Bible verses and notes. Having a personal gift meant so much. They even helped unload the truck a little after we got keys and did the initial move-in inspection. The only down side of being referred to Mark & Gina was that because they were out of town, they didn't know the areas very well and had to lean on us to advise whether or not it was a good part of town - and sometimes we didn't even know. Therefore, having a local realtor would be a benefit. However, overall, Mark & Gina are kind, respectful, personable, and helpful in finding a house to buy.
