My previous employment background has been primarily in sales for the last 45+ years, with 33 of those years selling/manufacturing pleasure boats on the wholesale level. My primary sales and listing area are South Padre Island, Texas also Port Isabel and Laguna Vista, Texas. As being in a resort area, I am knowledgeable in the second home and rental investment properties.
