Mark came prepared to our first meeting with comps and explained his sales strategy and the price he thought we could sell our home for. He was right when it came down to it and we sold in the range he forecasted (high side). We got a few offers in about 7-10 days in a mixed market where interest rates were climbing. Along the process Mark gave us tips on how to prep / stage the house and also helped us create a schedule on when we would get things done and eventually list. In a way he was like a project manager for this whole process and I appreciated Mark's ability to walk us down the road of the steps, listen to our concerns, and help us through the sale.
I had 4 agents come to my home with their proposals on how to sell our property. Mark was the first of the 4 and it was clear to us he was the obvious choice. Mark clearly showed his expertise and preparedness during the visit. He gave us a price range based on his research which was spot on, because ahead of the visit we had our own independent home assessment done and the results were nearly identical. Mark also took the time to listen to us and our concerns which I've learned a lot of agents do NOT seem to do very well. It's important! We now have an offer we are pleased with an in the range we expected. Mark did a great job finding the right buyers. In fact we had 3 different offers on our home in a very short time, as well as over a dozen showings. Mark took care of coordinating all of that and we were in close contact as the showings and offers unfolded. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Mark to sell your house.
