We had been discussing how we needed a focused, goal-centered, agent after having a grueling and ridiculous back-and-forth on our primary offer lasting months and costing us much. We introduced ourselves to Mark and found that he was interested in helping in any manner he could. We asked him to represent us and he is true to that spirit. Even, unrelated to real estate, Mark is eager to help any way that he can. He is a kind, respectful, competent, and overall good person. Mark met us at our home short notice, same night as the listing. He heard what we were looking for and immediately was on the task. This is how he functions. He is relaxed in interactions (not pushy) and was always responsive to our needs - impressively so! I'm not exaggerating. He is the best realtor I have ever had.
