It is difficult to express in words how much I appreciate Mark for helping me buy my property. The short story is that if I had another agent, I firmly believe that I would not be living in the property I now own. Mark really looked at every angle helping me to accomplish my dream. As soon as I messaged Mark about the property, he immediately got in contact with the selling agent to find out info on the property, the owner, and what they were looking for. We made our bid, along with several other offers, but there was an all cash bidder matching everyone. Mark put enough time and effort working with the Selling Agent and Seller to have them accept our financed bid. Even throughout the escrow and inspections, Mark walked me through the process explaining the procedures and issues that may and did arise. In the end, I couldn't be happier and none of it would have been possible without Mark.
