Peace of mind home buying

My family, husband and three young girls, were relocating to Wilmington from another state and Mark made the whole process so wonderful and easy. We told him our must haves, needs, wants and he went above and beyond. His daily/bi-weekly facetime calls with us made the property search from 1,200 miles away feel like we were there with him. Fast forward to our move in and we absolutely love the property and the HUGE backyard. He helped move in all of our stuff, even our 200lb armoire, with a smile on his face the entire time! We have used all types of agents that promise everything under the sun, but Mark really is the best one we have used and goes beyond what he says he will do.
