Mark was knowledgeable and professional. I never had to worry about things getting handled. At the open house he was great at reading people, showing the highlights of the home and didn't come across as a pushy realtor. After my mediocre experience with my last realtor, Mark really left a better taste in my mouth. To me that is what makes a great realtor, someone that leaves a great impression to your potential buyer and someone that follows thru from start to finish.
