Mark Sverdlic

I recently sold my apartment and had an excellent experience with Mark. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely easy to work with. He has a wealth of in depth knowledge of the area and surrounding real estate history and was able to use this to effectively sell prospective buyers of our home. He was respectful of our time and schedule buyers around times that worked for us. He was easily reachable at all hours or days and would constantly communicate updates with me as he got them. He brought in many prospective buyers to make sure I would get the best candidate and thoroughly vetted them to ensure they would pass the co-op board approval process. Mark is excellent at what he does and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience using him as my agent. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
