This realtor stated he only works with sellers not buyers so he could focus on us and our needs, but that was not the case. The first important contact, which was to review an offer, which he decided to do while he drove. I told him I would prefer that he go over it with me when he was not driving but he insisted he knew what was in the offer and could do without a problem. We went over the offer and all the costs. At the end I asked if there were any additional charges and he said no, but later I found out from him that he missed a charge. He made it sound like I should have known there was this charge but I have only done this once and that was many years go. He should NEVER have tried to do something so important (at least important to the buyer) while driving. At the second critical point, when the buyer countered after the appraisal, he went to the buyer with a counter offer without talking to us, this was unbelievable. Who does that? In order to get updates throughout the process, most of the time we had to initiate contact with him to ask for those updates, and in some cases they were updates that were days old. When the money was deposited from the sale it was not correct. Again the agent was not focusing on us and instead I had to find the error and ask to get it corrected. What a disappointing experience. An agent is there to walk you through the process and we did not feel that was done at all. I would NEVER select this agent again.

I had a tax exchange and was running out of time, Mark was very quick and went out in storms and through the snow to help me find what I needed. Mark is now helping me with more property on some more tax exchanges.
