It was a great pleasure working with Mark and his team, Jessica. As soon as I mentioned the property, he went to check right away, and made sure it is the right property. He even checked how the neighborhood feel about the location (noise, safety, etc). He has great construction knowledge, so he gave us from the construction point of view which is very important as we need to make sure that is a solid property. Jessica helped us from the mortgage side. Though the entire process, they are super responsive and answer every single question including very basic questions to complicated questions. If they do not have the answer right away, they found out for me. Their work did not end when escrow was closed. They are still there in case we need any assistance remodeling, getting appliances, property tax, and mortgage related questions. It was such a pleasure and relief working with them whom we can trust. I strongly recommend them as a realtor.

I had a very beautiful unique house in a desirable location. However my house had some sale challenges due to the fact I made some trade offs during its rebuild in 2004, to emulate a true 1915 arts crafts home, that gave concern to potential buyers, because I did not need today’s trendy walk in closets I chose Mark and his team for his knowledge and their understanding of my house, and they did a great job working with me and more important for me. They assisted me in getting the house and yard fine turned and prepared, helping me move, and getting some county assessment records corrected that was ultimately very important. The fees were as good and as fair as you are going to find. And their supportive help was better then you will find else where. Some real treasures in his team. I sold the house for a very fair amount, would of loved more given it was a jewel in my mind, but Mark could not make my closets magically grow and become bigger. I thank him for everything and would clearly recommend his services. Mark and his team worked hard, and given I was hundreds of mile away, maybe a little more communication would of help at times during the “ten day cycle”, but I know he was working the phones which was probably a better use of his time.
Mark is an awesome realtor, would definitely go with him again and recommend to others. He has his finger on the pulse of the market and my home sold quickly and without problems. He knows what he’s doing! From knowing his price point, knowing his market, and knowing his contacts. Couldn’t ask for any better! We used Mark when we bought our Los Gatos condo in 2011. When we were ready to sell in 2020, we contacted him again and he was more than happy to help. He came over as requested to view its current state and to discuss whether or not we should make changes or sell as is and the pros and cons. It was our first time selling a home and he walked us through process. We had already moved (out of the area nonetheless) and he hired out or even DID the work HIMSELF to get our condo ready to go. Any question we had, he was able to field. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Silicon Valley Market and confident he could sell our condo. We received a wonderful offer and were able to sell.
