I have used Mark for both buying and selling and he is very good at following up and completing the transaction. Mark takes the time to understand what you are looking for when purchasing, and sends only properties that match your criteria. On the sale side he makes sure to follow up with all parties including underwriting to make sure ghe sale goes smoothly.
