He took wonderful pictures and emailed them to us, we discussed the home in detail with Mark as to what he saw and his opinions. The pictures were so wonderful we actually purchased the home without seeing it ourselves. Mark handled the entire process through phone calls and emails...it was easier than actually being there for the purchase. We were totally impressed with Mark's attentiveness to the purchase and how available he was to answer any and all questions we had, he never once acted like we bothered him with even the smallest question or concern. Most people we know were concerned that we bought a home sight unseen; however, with Mark as the real estate agent, there was never one thing left undone.
