I highly recommend Mark and his team. He helped us negotiate a very tough market, which he thoroughly understands. He has great reach back to all the necessary resources - recommended a great mortgage broker who was able to get us from offer to closing in 21 days, as well as providing great advice and contacts for our pending remodeling effort. Mark is a good guy and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again. I usually can't say that.
