I met Mark at an open house at a time when I was really serious about buying a home. I had been looking for a while on my own and also using another realtor but had not been able to find my dream home. Mark asked if he could work with me to find the right house. Actually I thought it would be business as usual with list of homes that did not meet the specifications I had provided. I knew I was asking for a lot while insisting that I did not want to be house poor. To my surprise the list I received from Mark did a really good job or matching the criteria I had provided. On top of that Mark followed up with me on a regular basis and modified the criteria as he learned more about what I really wanted. Mark took the lead he was extremely attentive and took the time to answer the many question I had about the properties we visited, the home buying process, neighborhoods and school and lots of other questions unique to a single female looking for a home. I felt like I could trust Mark to have my best interest at heart and that was really important to me. If you are looking for a realtor that knows his stuff and takes pleasure in finding a house that will make you smile, this is your guy. He is the best.
