Mark was a great agent to work with. He listened to our needs and made sure that the homes we saw matched and if they didn't he made it clear what would need fixed/changed. He was very knowledgeable about damages we saw and what it would take to fix and how to fix it. Overall a great experience!
Mark knows his stuff! He will tell you everything you need to know about the process, and teaches you a great deal about the local market. He will quite literally walk you through the entire process until you're comfortable enough to make that purchase. I would not use anybody else. If you need anything done to any type of real estate or property, he knows someone who can help you or he can do it himself.
