This past year I was hit with the overwhelming task of settling my parent's estate. A major part of this process was selling the house that they had raised us in since 1978. Not having any experience with this I researched several realtors and I was fortunate enough to connect with Mark Ramey and his expert team at EXP Realty. Mark guided me through every step of the process including market analysis to determine a selling price, an estate sale/hauling company to distribute contents and advice on how to hit our target goals. Any questions or concerns were quickly answered by either Mark, Victoria or Teddy. When the house finally went to market we had a full list offer in 2 days and closed shortly after.
