Real sincerity and a refreshing change.

I have never met a professional that is more sincere and with as much genuine, authentic desire to understand and exceed expectations. To add to this I am from out of state and will most likely not be a repeat customer. However, I was treated like I was an owner of their company. I am not being compensated and am pretty critical of online reviews but my experience with Mark far exceeded my expectations both in this transaction but in any customer experience I have had. This includes 5 star restaurants and exclusive clubs. If you are selling or buying real estate and don't use Mark, just know the best you can hope for is second best.
