Mark Ramey provided excellent market analysis to me on this property before I hired Keller Williams to help me sell it. No other realtor that was interested in assisting me in the sale went to this effort. I thought the analysis was sound and it saved me time, allowing me to make the decision to hire this firm. He went out of his way to assist me with advice on pricing, repairs, etc. that I could do to assist with the marketing effort. This firm pre-marketed this property, expediting the sale. This home was in an area that was not the most desirable. It was in Lockhart, adjacent to Pine Hills, near Orlando. We listed this property in the beginning of January 2019. We closed on the sale February 27, 2019. Overall, I was very satisfied with the process and the sale price. I appreciated Mark's efforts and would hire him again if I need to sell a property.

Mark was referred to me by my neighbor. I couldn’t be more grateful that she gave me his information because as if selling a house is not stressful enough, we had already moved out of the state and had to worry about doing all of this without being there and having a tenant in the home to work around as well.
