We just can’t speak highly enough of Mark as our real estate agent. We were relocating from out of state and Mark was referred to us through a close friend’s realtor. Not only were we on a very tight timeline, but the market was crazy hot with little inventory - we were nervous about being able to narrow down our search and find what we were looking for that quickly. From the get-go, Mark personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Through Mark’s extensive knowledge of the San Diego area we were able to nail down our search and zero in on a specific spot. Mark worked his “magic” and got us into homes that no one else knew about. (“Magic” is just code for persistence, hard work, ingenuity, and connections). Mark helped us navigate through this highly competitive market, gave great advice on where to position ourselves, ultimately allowing us to close quickly on exactly what we wanted. Mark’s responsiveness and high level of communication was second to none. He’s a great realtor, but more importantly, he’s a wonderful human.
