Mark Potter was the lead realtor when I sold my home in May 2022. He did a fantastic job of assisting me with every aspect of the sale which closed on May 23rd this year. He helped me find painters, floor sanders, carpet cleaners, bathroom cleaners, windows cleaners, and companies to take unwanted furniture, and a final trash vendor to empty the home. I highly recommend Mark and his fellow Coldwell person, Mary Ann Betts, to do the best possible job for any person looking for a realtor in the Twin Cities. Jon
