I had known Mark for many years, as he sold our previous home, an empty lot, and his daughter sold our cottage up north. Mark is very personable and easy to talk with. He kept me updated on the showings and buyers' thoughts. I know Mark spent many hours with the updates we were making on the property. There were many last minute things to rectify because of the size of the property and house and out buildings. I had to move out about a month before our buyer came along, as I was moving to a 55+ appartment which was in high demand. We decided to lower the price from $1..2 million to 1.1 million Then Mark called me about 4 weeks later with an offer of $1 million CASH, no contingencies! Under his advice, I went for it and have never been sorry. Mark was always very patient with me, even though I had spent a year going through all our "stuff." My husband entered a nursing home in the previous March. So I had to do it all myself. Mark was right there advising me and keeping my spirits up. During all this time when II would tell my friends or asociates who was my realtor, and I would say Mark Olejniczak, they would whole-heartedly agree: He is the best!
