Mark is not only extremely professional, but he is also knowledgable, kind, helpful and patient.

We met Mark 3 years ago, and he patiently took us around to different neighborhoods in Orange County and helped us understand the pros and cons of each. We eventually decided which community we wanted and he sent us updates regularly and took us to see homes whenever we wanted. He also had vision about changes we could do to make the home fit our needs. In the end, too, Mark was an excellent negotiator and extremely helpful when it came to all the documents we needed to read and sign prior to purchasing the home. I highly recommend Mark.
