From our initial meeting Mark listened and paid attention to what I was looking for. Being away from the area for quite some time he enlightened me on the current housing market and what I should expect. He walked me through multiple places so I was able to see what my budget was capable of. Some he knew of and others that I wanted to see. When he showed me the house I ended up purchasing, he warned me of some of the potential issues. Everything worked out and I am very pleased with the work Mark did for me. I highly recommend him.
