We began talking with Mark early 2017 about down sizing which met selling our home and looking for a new, smaller home. Mark was very active in helping us look for a home that would suit our needs, and found several that were almost there. We ended up purchasing a new construction home mid 2017 and working with Mark on when and how to market our home. Since our new home would not be ready until March 2018, we did not want to get to far ahead of the curve by putting it on the market so early. In September 2017, Mark brought in a photographer to video the house and the yard while it was still in bloom and green. We, along with Mark decided to put our home of 34 years on the market, January 10th. Had an open house on the 10th, primarily for realtor review and then 13th and 14th. Had 5 offers as of the evening of the 15th. Accepted by the end of the week and 2 weeks later had all contingencies removed and closed on Feb. 21st! Mark is experienced in the marketing of a home and guiding us through the paperwork blizzard. Not only is he an excellent realtor, but a friend!

Oh yes -- hands down 5 stars! We would give him extra for his negotiation skills, honesty and professionalism!! We love Mark, he made our house buying experience super smooth, well informed and enjoyable. He truly represented us whenever it mattered the most.
