About Mark

Mark has resided in the Lehigh Valley his entire life and graduated from Whitehall High School in 1984. He continued his education at Bloomsburg University, where he earned a BS degree in Marketing /Management in 1988. Mark has been a top producing licensed Real Estate agent since 1999 and holds a Real Estate Brokers license since 2006. In 2006 he opened his own Real Estate firm, Power Realty, located in the Township of Whitehall, where he and 27 other agents successfully represented Buyers and Sellers in selling, purchasing and renting residential real estate. Mark was a former Board of Director of the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors for 7 years and President of the Association in 2008. During that time, he also served as a director on the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Board. He currently is on the Government Affairs Committee and the RPAC Committee of the Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors. In 2013 Power Realty teamed up with Re/max Unlimited Real Estate were Mark formed The Mark Molchany Group, consisting of a buyer’s agent and a transaction coordinator. He, his wife and daughter reside in Upper Macungie Township in the Parkland School District for the past 28 years.
