It’s my pleasure to write this review for Realtor Mark Minnaert. Mark assisted my wife and me with our recent purchase of an historic home in Mobile. Moving to a new city and buying a home is always stressful. Mark made the purchase process a lot less stressful from our initial search through our closing date on February 3rd. He always made himself available to answer our questions and provided timely answers and assistance with every aspect of the process. Mark ‘s years of experience as a Realtor in the Mobile housing market was very apparent in the valuable recommendations he made regarding choosing a local mortgage lender and insurance provider. Mark also made much appreciated recommendations for contractors who will be making some renovations to our house prior to our moving in.
