Mark has great knowledge of the market. He changed on the fly, initiated by either of us. He accommodated my family, more than once. He got us in houses quickly. He had the time. I don't know how he had the time if he treats other clients the same, which I'm sure he does. He must make sacrifices for his job. He provided an escort once to help with directions. My schedule is unconventional and Mark was available. He developed trust rather than manufacture or assume it the way people often do. He was honest. Cooperative. He was very professional. He had helpful connections, no doubt because he earned them and reciprocates. Mark made his role in the process something I'll remember as an ideal start to owning my house.
