My wife and I were in the middle of remodeling our 4,600 SQ Ft home when we were force to move 700 miles to the Austin area due to medical reasons. Mark called on his contactors to give estimates for needed repairs (roofing, electrical, etc.). Mark was able to negotiate a reasonable sales price by informing prospective buyers of the cost to bring the house up to full market value. Mark also went way beyond the norm by making arrangements to move the left over furniture to storage and do necessary cleanup. Mark had a buyer within 2 months. Mark is an outstanding realtor. I was living on the east coast when I found out I was moving to El Paso. I only had one weekend house hunt before I had to return to work.
