Mark is an excellent realtor. We bought our house with Mark's assistance 18 years ago. He showed us everything we wanted to see and was very helpful in closing the deal. 17 years later we thought Mark had left the market. We placed the house with another realtor with limit activity for over 6 months during high season for sales. Left it on the market for another 6 months in For Sale By Owner status with no luck. We found out Mark was still in the market at another agency. We gave the listing to Mark and the house was under contract in less than 3 weeks. We were remote sellers being 4 hours away and Mark handled everything that needed to be done to close the deal. Would highly recommend Mark for either buyers or sellers.

Considering the banking industry today, the process to find, purchase, and ultimately settle on the home went very well, closing day was very easy.
